To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our undershirts. Because our garments are worn as a base layer directly against the skin, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our warehouse. This policy ensures that every shirt you receive is brand new, pristine, and has never been worn by anyone else.

Damaged or Defective Items
While we maintain strict quality control for our 100% jersey knit cotton, mistakes can happen. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at support@basematchclothing.com within 15 days of receipt with a photo of the issue.
